This is one of my favorite places to be in Albert Lea. The Pet Authority is run by the most fabulous staff and I have NEVER been made to feel unwelcome here! Hanging out with my favorite store cats (love them all but Ash has my heart) while I shop is a truly therapeutic experience and they are the only place in town that carries premium treats and dog food. This store will furever have my loyalty and I encourage people to shop local and see what The Pet Authority can do for you!❤️

We LOVE the Pet Authority!! I’ve been to both locations (Austin and Albert Lea). My two high maintenance diva pups are groomed at the Albert Lea location. Our groomer has always been amazing to work with. She does exactly what is asked and so accommodating when I’ve had to reschedule grooms. The staff have been so kind. No one walks in the door without being greeted with a hello. We are so lucky to have them serve our community.

We always love our visits to Pet Authority in Albert Lea! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of products & the grooming staff does an excellent job with my Collie during nail trims! We also love their super cute “barkery” treats!

I am extremely satisfied with all the help mrs Nancy Kelvin rendered me every step of the way. They have a good understanding of all the processes and are always receptive to my needs.
