We LOVE the Pet Authority!! I’ve been to both locations (Austin and Albert Lea). My two high maintenance diva pups are groomed at the Albert Lea location. Our groomer has always been amazing to work with. She does exactly what is asked and so accommodating when I’ve had to reschedule grooms. The staff have been so kind. No one walks in the door without being greeted with a hello. We are so lucky to have them serve our community.

We always love our visits to Pet Authority in Albert Lea! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of products & the grooming staff does an excellent job with my Collie during nail trims! We also love their super cute “barkery” treats!

Hailey does a great job with trimming the nails on our Mack! He was a nervous boy the first time coming in but we have been back to see her twice since and she does an excellent job. He’s happy to see her now and enjoys the pampering. And Mack loves to do some ’shopping’ while we are there. His favorite part is picking out his bakery treat!

I had my 5 month old bordoodle’s very first groom today at the Pet Authority! They did a fabulous job on her and said that she was so well behaved too! It was a wonderful 1st experience for my puppy and myself! I will be sure to go back for all my puppy needs!! Thank you so much PA!!
