We LOVE the Pet Authority!! I’ve been to both locations (Austin and Albert Lea). My two high maintenance diva pups are groomed at the Albert Lea location. Our groomer has always been amazing to work with. She does exactly what is asked and so accommodating when I’ve had to reschedule grooms. The staff have been so kind. No one walks in the door without being greeted with a hello. We are so lucky to have them serve our community.

Hailey does a great job with trimming the nails on our Mack! He was a nervous boy the first time coming in but we have been back to see her twice since and she does an excellent job. He’s happy to see her now and enjoys the pampering. And Mack loves to do some ’shopping’ while we are there. His favorite part is picking out his bakery treat!
